Chelsey McCoy, MD

Specialties: Family Medicine, Women’s Health, and Preventive Medicine

Chelsey McCoy, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care for patients of all ages—from newborns to adults. She completed her residency at Full Circle Health Family Medicine Residency in Caldwell, Idaho, where she built a strong foundation in outpatient primary care, women’s health, and preventive medicine.

A Treasure Valley native, Dr. McCoy grew up on a local farm, an experience that helped shape her deep-rooted work ethic and commitment to caring for others. Her passion for medicine was further influenced by time spent living in Haiti and the Dominican Republic, where she developed a heart for underserved communities and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives.

Dr. McCoy has a special interest in women’s health, including prenatal and postpartum care, as well as preventive medicine and the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, and COPD. She also performs a variety of in-office procedures, including skin biopsies, contraceptive placement, and joint injections.

She values building meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients and believes in partnering with them to achieve their health goals at every stage of life. Her approach emphasizes attentive listening, patient education, and practical, individualized care plans that fit each patient’s lifestyle. She strives to ensure her patients feel informed, supported, and empowered in their healthcare decisions.

As a wife and mother of twin daughters, Dr. McCoy brings a practical and grace-filled perspective to her work, understanding firsthand the challenges of balancing health and family life. Her faith is an important part of who she is and influences the way she cares for others.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family, drinking strong coffee, reading, chasing her toddlers, and swing dancing with her husband. She also hopes to one day find more time for crocheting baby blankets and tending a small flower garden.

Dr. McCoy is proud to be part of Grace Women’s Health and looks forward to caring for women and their families.
