Private practice Looking for Obstetrician Gynecologist
Established in 2024 by its owner/lead physician, Dr. Megan Kasper. Grace Women’s Health came to fruition due to the overwhelming need for women’s health and obstetric care in the Treasure Valley. We are rapidly growing and seeking another BC/BE obstetrician-gynecologist to join our team.
The long-term vision of our practice consists of a physician and nurse midwife collaborative care model. We have a team-oriented approach to women’s health care, providing evidence-based care while also empowering our patients to make well informed decisions. Through our affiliated health system, we have excellent subspecialist support from maternal fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, and urogynecology.
Gynecology care covers well-woman and contraception to problem and surgical gynecology. Da Vinci robot time is available at multiple community hospitals. Our practice also uses an ambulatory surgical center for a lower-cost option for our patients.
Our obstetrical population ranges from low-risk, low intervention to co-management with maternal fetal medicine. We also offer family-centered cesarean section. Nurse midwives take most first OB call for the group. The labor and delivery unit is a patient-centric, LDRP model that is part of a larger health system with robust protocols and high-acuity resources.
It is our team collaboration and cooperation that makes us special, and as such, we are committed to creating a warm work environment, positive atmosphere, flexible clinic/call schedule and commitment to ensure that our providers have a healthy work-life balance. We value open communication, accountability, empathy, and humor. You will be joining a cooperative environment dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
